Communications & Engagement Specialist
Come Work Where You Can Make An Impact
As an Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist, this role will play a key role in fostering employee engagement and collaboration across Sonova Audiological Care U.
S. This person in this role is tech-savvy, and will leverage problem-solving skills to create and deliver compelling communications and engagement materials through various internal channels.
The Communications & Engagement Specialist will actively support implementing a growing internal communications plan that aligns with the executive vision, the work culture, and the brand identity.
Hybrid Role 1 - 2 days per week
Key Tasks & Responsibilities :
Execute internal communications and engagement activities that support company goals, the work culture, and the brand values
Create, review, and distribute engaging communications materials, such as internal emails, presentations, executive summaries, etc.
Assist in the development and delivery of the company's engagement programs, such as employee recognition, workplace milestones, team events, etc.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the quality and consistency of communications materials and company's intranet
Communicate clearly, timely, and insightfully across the brand's internal communications channels
Evaluate and report on the impact of communications strategy to management
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Strong communication and project management skills
Outstanding writing and editing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint & Excel
Basic design software skills are a plus
Previous experience supporting email marketing and social media campaigns preferred
